Review and approve Minutes: from March 12, 2026, meeting.

Old Business

• Final review of the Davin Consolidation 15 Longview Drive Schroon lake, NY 12870 for the boundary line adjustment combining two lots into one lot. Review final updated survey drawing.
• Review of the Oakwood project. This subdivision application was submitted originally on 12/4/2025 and the name was changed on 4/30/2026 from Dun Looking Like an Abandoned Site to Oakwood.. The completed form is the same only the name of the project was changed. Applicant submitted plans for the project on 4/30/2026 and will review them with the Planning Board and the applicant’s engineer.

New Business

• No new business.

Adjourn Meeting: Next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall meeting room.
