• (Revisited) Review of a 3-lot subdivision application for Mount Severance Homes 1370 US Rt 9 Schroon Lake, NY 12870 submitted by Lewis Donnelly.
• Review of the decision from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance to 1531 US Rt 9 Schroon Lake, NY 12870. The applicant, Lewis Donnelly, requested a variance to convert an existing restaurant building into 6 condominium units. The ZBA asked the Planning Board to review the application and give an opinion on the project as provided in the Rules and Regulations of the Town of Schroon Zoning Board of Appeals.
• Review the Town of Schroon Zoning Ordinance as it applies to the Planning Board.

• Adjourn Meeting: Next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall meeting room.
