Review and approve Minutes: from the October 9, 2025 meeting.

Old Business

• Kevin Kavanaugh has requested time to speak to the Planning Board about a variance he is seeking for the proposed low income housing project at the former Dun Roamin Cabins site on US Rt 9 Schroon Lake, NY located slightly south of the Rt 74 intersection.

New Business

• Review an application for a Boundary Line adjustment “Jansen Boundary Line Adjustment” at 7 Sumac Ln Schroon Lake, NY.

• Discussion and review by the Planning Board of the “Rules and Regulations” of the Town of Schroon Planning Board.

Adjourn Meeting: Next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall meeting room.
